Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIIT-D) is an autonomous university in Delhi, India. It is a research-oriented university with strong focus on research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

It is considered as an "Institute of National Importance" by the Indian government's All India Council for Technical Education.
