Hi as you want to do the computer science engineering then IIIT- Hyderabad is better as compare to the IIT Guwahati .

There is no doubt that IIIT-H is really good in computer science

As IIT Guwahati has many branches to deal with but the IIIT- Hyderabad specifically deals with the computer science

IIIT-H brags a hardcore coding environment in the campus. Students take part in competition and perform exceptionally well.

This environment will not be available at the IIT Guwahati

So in my opinion you should join the IIIT- Hyderabad
