Hi I want to know that in spite of the buffer calls in the IIM Lucknow why there is waitlist movement high ,is it because the students having less interest in management ??Allso tell me its cut-off.

Well its not like that students are not interested in the MBA course.

Of course there is huge interested in this filed

In my opinion IIM L having higher WL movements is because of overlap in their final merit list with that of IIM A and IIM B.

Applicants prefer to join A/B over C/L because of the reputation.

There are also students who do not take admission, for many reasons, like getting admission in A/B/C only, and won't join L or preparing for UPSC or a job offer they just can't say no to. May be because of wanting to gain some work experience at this stage and pursue MBA later.
