IIM Shillong Sustainability Conference
I am planning to take admission in Indian Institute of Management Shillong and heard that Sustainability Conference held here. Can you please provide me details like when this Sustainability Conference held in the campus also provide list of courses offered here? Indian Institute of Management, Shillong (IIM Shillong or IIM-S), is a public, fully autonomous management institute in the city of Shillong, Meghalaya. It was the seventh Indian Institute of Management to be established in India. Conference details: IIM Shillong hosted the International Conference on ‘Sustainability: Management and Beyond’ (SusCon) during 8th – 10th December, 2010 in association with John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Canada. IIM Shillong has Sustainability as its core philosophy and has taken many initiatives in this direction. Every year it conducts a week long foundation course on Sustainability for the first year students. The Chief Guest for the occasion is Padma Vibhushan Sunderlal Bahuguna, Gandhian Environmentalist and founder of Chipko Movement. Mr. K. C.
