1. B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering: 60 Seats
2. B.Tech. in Avionics Engineering: 60 Seats
3. Dual Degree (B.Tech. and M.S./M.Tech): 20 Seats

IIST 2016 Eligibility Criteria

Age:

General and OBC category candidates, must be born on or after 1 October 1991.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD Category are entitled to the relaxation of 5 years, i.e. must be born on or after 1 October 1986.

Education Qualification:

Candidates must have passed with an Aggregate of, at least, 70% marks (60% for SC, ST, PwD) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as Core Subjects.

Entrance Examination:

Candidate should have written JEE Main 2016 and JEE Advanced 2016.

In JEE Advanced 2016 paper, Candidates Must have Secure the Minimum Prescribed (category-wise) Marks, as given below:

The Registration fee will be Around Rs. 600, for Male General and OBC category candidates,

Rs 300 for Female, ST, SC and PD candidates .

Candidates will be able to pay the fee after 24 hours from the online registration.

The fee can only be paid at, any branches of, State Bank of India (SBI) or Union
Bank of India (UBI) .
