Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University BHU, Varanasi invited online applications for admission to M.Tech., M.Pharm and Ph.D. Programmes in various disciplines for July 2015 Semester of 2015-16 Session.

The application process of Admission was started from April 18, 2015

The last date for online submission of Application Form was Monday, May 04, 2015.

PG Admissions-

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech. or an equivalent degree in the respective branch of engineering

Candidate who have passed an IIT B.Tech Degree with a CGPA/CPI of 8.00 and above are exempted from the requirement of GATE qualification

M.Tech Selection Procedure:

On the basis of GATE OR a written test and a personal interview.

Application Fees:

The application fee of Rs. 500 (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST )
