Hi I want to do the booking for the IIT Bombay Alumni Guest House so can you please tell me that what is policy for the same ???

the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) Guest House consisting of the Jalvihar, the Vanvihar and a set of Faculty Apartments,


Maximum 15 rooms in Vanvihar/ Jalvihar can be booked for CEP courses or for National/ International Conference/ Seminar.

All short term program bookings will have to be forwarded through CE/QIP Cell.


Cancellation of all group bookings should be done at least one week before the date.

The bill for cancellation charges would be in the name of applicant, who would be responsible for its payment.
