A later expansion, this somewhat downplayed yet carefully planned building sited alongside Jalvihar disregards the yards and lake. It was composed by modeler Mr. S N Madhiwala and initiated by the Institute's recognized graduated class Mr. Nandan Nilekeni in December 2001, mirrors its name Vanvihar - with the wide canopied trees encompassing its border.

Abutting the Vanvihar is Gulmohar, that houses the Institute's eatery, a bank (Canara Bank) with ATM office.
