M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering)/ M.Sc./ M.C.A./ MBBS/ M.Pharm./ B.Pharm.(4 yr. Degree)/ BDS (4 yr. Degree) with at least 60% (55% marks for SC/ST) marks

OR

Associate Membership Examinations recognized as equivalent to B.E. / B.Tech. Degree

They must have passed the corresponding GATE Paper as specified.

Candidate with an IIT B.Tech. Degree with a CGPA/CPI of 8.00 and above are exempted from the requirement of GATE

Selection Procedure:

On the basis of Score in GATE 2016, a written test and a personal interview

Rs 300 (Rs 150 for SC/ST/Female Candidates)
