As per your demand here I am providing you syllabus of the VLSI Design Lab of Electrical Engineering of IIT Bombay Theory Introduction to Unix; Circuit simulation using SPICE, Application of SPICE for analog design Timing simulation with IRSIM, Design of static and dynamic digital circuits with IRSIM Layout of integrated circuits Use of the layout tool MAGIC for analog and digital integrated circuits.; Laboratory: Tutorials on UNIX and vi. Tutorials and design exercises on linear circuit design with SPICE; Tutorial and exercises on digital design and timing analysis using IRSIM; Tutorials and exercises on IC layout using MAGIC; Group projects on design, analysis and layout of integrated circuits.
