Research activities in the Department of Electrical Engineering are in three ways, scholastic, supported and Research Based Industrial Consultancy (RBIC). The last two are mostly used to redesign lab investigate gear and offices. Explore ventures worth about 18 Crore Rupees have been attempted by our staff in the last 6-7 years. There are four noteworthy gatherings in the office: (a) Communications, (b) Microelectronics and VLSI, (c) Power Electronics, Control, Robotics and Instrumentation and (d) Power frameworks and high voltage designing.

Power Electronics, Control, Robotics and Instrumentation

This gathering is included with use of Power Electronics Technology to control machine drives, converter and inverter control. The accompanying works are completed by research understudies in this gathering:
