Department of Management Studies (DoMS) of IIT Chennai/Madras offers two years MBA program at it campus

Eligibility Criteria required for applying for MBA program is:

-Candidates should have completed graduation or its equivalent qualification along with obtaining 60% marks or first class from a recognized university.

-Final year candidates can apply.

-Regular candidates must have a genuine CAT (Common Admissions Test) score. CAT exam is organized by the IIM’s.


Selection Procedure

-Candidates should hold a genuine score of CAT exam organized by IIM or GMAT score in case of foreign nationals and NRIs.

-Candidates will be invited for the next round based on their performance in CAT exam, industry experience, UG academic performance, industry experience and gender.

-Candidates who are graduated from IIT with obtaining CGPA of 8 and its above don’t need to submit their CAT score.

-Final selection of candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in XAT/CAT/ MAT/ GMAT.


Important Dates

-Last date for online application process: Friday, January 29, 2016.

-List of short-listed candidates for GT/PI gets announced: Friday, February 05, 2016.

-GT/PI process will be held at various centers: Thursday, February 18, 2016 to Sunday, April 10, 2016.
