Powder: 1 to 10 milligram
Metal / Thin film :10 mm * 10 mm * 5 mm (length * breadth * thickness) approximately

Sample Requirements for SEM analysis
Sample should be dry & non-magnetic.
Powder/ metal/ thin-film/ biological samples are accepted for analysis.
For thin films, conducting substrate should be chosen. Eg: Copper, Aluminum foil.
Biological & liquid samples may be coated / drop-casted on a glass plate (1cm * 1cm) and dried well before the allotted slot timings
