M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must have scored at least 60% marks OR a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale (55% or CGPA of 6 for SC/ST/PD candidates) in their qualifying degree

• Candidates who passed IIT B.Tech Degree with a CGPA/CPI of 8.00 and above are exempted from the GATE exam

Selection Procedure:
Selection will be on the basis of GATE scores OR a written test and a personal interview.
