IIT Madras JRF Eligibility

You must have done the M.Sc or M.Tech

You must have cleared the GATE and NET with a valid score

Duration Of Appointment

One year at a time.

Short Term Engagement appointments:

Maximum period of 3 years for Supporting staff and 5 years for Research staff.

Way of Selection

The PI to follow the Adhoc or Selection procedure according to the requirement.

After ensuring the funds position in the project to take care of the cost to the project the PI to send a proposal in the prescribed form for appointment.
