Will you please tell me what is the last dates for applying for the course of B.Sc interior designing at the National Institute of Fashion Technology? I am interested in the field of Fashion Technology and planning to join NIFT for this I know I have to appear in entrance exam. Can you provide me Important dates of NIFT Entrance exam so that I can apply on time also provide me NIFT 2017 Exam Pattern so I can prepare well?

The NIFT is a national level entrance examination which is organized by the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai in the major cities of the country. This exam is a perfect gateway to get admission in different UG and PG professional programmes in fashion technology & design field. Important dates: Online registration begins 2nd November 2016 Online registration last date 10th January 2017 Online registration last date (with late fee of Rs.5000/-) 16th January 2017 Admit card release 21st January 2017 Exam date 12th February 2017 Situation Test /Group Discussion /Interview April-May 2017 Result Declared End of May/June 2017 NIFT Counselling June 2017 onwards NIFT 2017 Exam Pattern Mode of Exam: This exam was conducted in offline mode (pen and paper mode). Negative Marking: There was be no provision of negative marking. Papers: This exam has been divided into two parts GAT (General Ability Test) and CAT (Creative Ability Test). No. of Questions: Total 150 questions was asked in GAT test. Language: The GAT question paper was asked in English language. Duration: The test duration was 2 hours (120 minutes).
