IMU Common Entrance Examination shall have 180 objective types multiple choice questions each carrying one mark distributed in six subjects. The standard of this Common Entrance Test will generally be that of 12th level. These six subjects are as follows:

General Knowledge 30 questions
Reasoning Aptitude 25 questions
Mathematics 40 questions
Physics 40 questions
Chemistry 20 questions
