Educational Qualification
For Indian Economic Service
Post Graduate Degree from a recognised university in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics.

For Indian Statistical Service
Post Grade Degree from an Indian university in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematical Statistics.

Age - limits:
21-30 years

Nationality:
A candidate must be either:
(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) A subject of Nepal, or
(c) A subject of Bhutan, or
(d) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Registration Fees:
Rs. 200/-

Online Application Forms for IES/ISS Exam-2016 will be uploaded on the UPSC Website: 16th January 2016
Last Date for Submission of Application Form: 12th February 2016 (till 11.59 pm)
Candidates may note that e-Admit cards will be uploaded on the Commissions Web on 07th March 2016
The e-Admit cards will be Available for downloading by the Candidates till 04th April 2016
Date of Commencement of Exam: 13th May 2016 (Friday)
Declaration of the Result of the Written Part of the Part of the Exam which is likely to be declared in the month of August 2016
