| Indian engineering services analysis
I need to analyze old question papers starting from General Studies of the Indian engineering services. is there any one who can give me the link to download the old question papers of the General Studies to get prepare for the Indian engineering services? also give me the syllabus of this exam as soon as possible?

Indian Engineering Services is a combined competitive examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for recruitment to the services or posts of Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. IES Exam Analysis The Exam Pattern has been divided into three sections – Preliminary, Mains and Interview. Stage - I (Preliminary) Objective Papers Duration Marks Paper I (Common to all) General Studies & Engineering Aptitude 2 Hours 200 Paper II Engineering Specific 3 Hours 300 Stage I Total 500 Stage II (Mains) Subjective Papers Engineering Paper I 3 Hours 300 Engineering Paper II 3 Hours 300 Stage II Total 600 Stage I + II Total 1100 Stage III Personality Test 200 Grand Total 1300 Only those candidates qualifying at Stage I are permitted to appear for Stage-II examination. Similarly, only those Candidates qualifying at Stage-I + Stage-II are permitted to appear for Stage-III examination. |
