Qualification and Experience:

MBA with major or minor in HRM. Though experience is not mandatory, candidates
with some work experience in Compensation/Salary/Payroll management will be
preferred.

Candidates should have good proficiency in data analysis, using MS Excel and other
statistical tools, and good written and verbal communication skills. The role will involve extensive coordination with stake holders from the port sector and industry and supporting the faculty team with research inputs. Selected candidates are expected to travel to different locations for short periods.

Duration of appointment:
Initial appointment will be for 6 months.
