I want to apply for the Indian Maritime University Common Admission Test IMU CET exam for admission in Indian Maritime University so can you please tell me the important dates of this entrance exam? tell me the tentative month in which the exam will conduct?

The Indian Maritime University appeared through an Act of Parliament (Act 22) on fourteenth November 2008 as a Central University and is ready to assume a key part in the advancement of prepared human asset for the sea division. fourteenth November is commended as 'IMU Day' consistently. Campuses Chennai Campus Kochi Campus Kolkata Campus Mumbai Campus Visakhapatnam Campus Programmes The following programmes are offered by the Indian Maritime University: Undergraduate Programmes: 4-Year B.Tech (Marine Engineering) 4-Year B.Tech (Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering) 3-Year B.Sc (Maritime Science) 3-Year B.Sc (Nautical Science) 3-Year B.Sc (Ship Building & Repair) 1-Year Diploma in Nautical Science leading to B.Sc. (Applied Nautical Science) Postgraduate Programmes: 2-Year MBA (Port and Shipping Management) 2-Year MBA (International Transportation and Logistics Management) 2-Year M.Tech (Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering) 2-Year M.Tech (Dredging and Harbour Engineering) Postgraduate Diploma Programmes: 1 Year PGDME (Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Engineering) Research Programmes: At present Ph.D programme is being conducted at IMU Visakhapatnam Campus. Schools: Indian Maritime university offers the above mentioned courses under the following Schools: School of Nautical Studies School of Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering School of Marine Engineering School of Maritime Management Common Entrance Tests for Admissions All admissions to the different UG and PG projects of the IMU and its Affiliated Institutes will be through All-India Common Entrance Tests (CETs) led each year. No applicant might be admitted to any Program by an Affiliated Institute unless (i) The Institute has legitimate temporary Affiliation for the program from IMU and (ii) The applicant has passed the IMU CET. There will be a CET normal to all UG programs. There will be a CET normal to the 2 MBA programs; another CET regular to the 2 M.Tech programs; but then another CET for the program. The consequences of the CETs are substantial for the specific Academic session as it were. Application Fee is Rs.1000 for General competitors and Rs.700 for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe hopefuls. The Syllabus for CET for UG projects will be Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, English, General Knowledge and Aptitude at Plus 2 level (CBSE, ISE and State Boards). The Syllabi for the CETs for PG projects will be as per the following: - For the 2 MBAs - i) Quantitative capacity, ii)Data understanding, iii) Verbal capacity and iv) Logical thinking - For the 2 M.Techs - English, General Knowledge, Aptitude, Mathematics and Engineering. The inquiries will be of different decision sort. Applicants who are shortlisted in light of CET scores will be called for Counseling at assigned IMU Campus(es) and will include confirmation of unique stamp sheets and authentications, physical wellness freedom, and apportioning of seats in the IMU Campuses or Affiliated Institutes.
