Re: Indian Navy Aegis
Hey The Indian Navy is the naval branch of the Indian Armed Forces. Well the Aegis Combat System is an integrated naval weapons system developed by the Missile and Surface Radar Division of RCA. It is now produced by Lockheed Martin. It uses powerful computer and radar technology to track and guide weapons to destroy enemy targets. Well the Indian Navy does not use this technique to the best of my knowledge Indian Navy Weapons 1 Submarine-launched ballistic missile 2 Ship Launched Ballistic Missile 3 Cruise/Anti-Ship Missile 4 Air to Air Missiles 5 Surface to Air Missiles 6 Torpedoes 7 Main Guns 8 Air Defence Guns 9 ASW Rocket Launchers Cruise/Anti-Ship Missile K15 Ballistic Missile (Test fired many times)(Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile) Brahmos Hypersonic Cruise Missile (Under development) Brahmos Supersonic Cruise Missile 3M-54E/3M-14E Klub Anti-Ship/Land Attack Cruise Missile (SS-N-27 Sizzler) Kh-35 (SS-N-25 SwitchBlade) P-20 (SS-N-2D Styx) Sea Eagle missile |
