JTO exam is conducted by BSNL to recruit junior telecom officers per year



JTO (Junior Telecom Officers are highered from the following streams

BSNL JTO Telecom,

BSNL JTO Civil,

BSNL JTO Electrical,

Qualifications:

You must have Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equal Engineering degree in any of the following fields from an accredited engineering college/university:

Telecommunication,

Electronics,

Radio,

Computer,

Electrical,

Information Technology,


You have to appear for the written exam

The exam will be of 3 hours duration with one

Question Paper containing the following 3 sections:-

For JTO (Telecom):

Section-I: Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions

For JTO (Electrical);

Section-I: Electrical Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Electrical Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Awareness: 20 questions

For JTO (Civil):

Section-I: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions
