Re: Ingénieur Puis MBA
Yes you can do MBA course after completing your engineering degree. It is 2 year duration course which will increase your chances to success in your career. Good reasons for doing an MBA: - Change area - Change of activity - Change function or extend its jurisdiction (supervising engineer led international teams, for example) - Gain a strong management culture and high level for a career move - To open the doors to international groups - Have plans to go abroad, especially to Scandinavia and Anglo-Saxon. - Improve salary - Develop his network of contacts and professional relationships. Bad reasons to do an MBA: - Doing an MBA to "do an MBA" - Doing an MBA to "enrich his CV» - Doing an MBA after graduating to "go to the top right away" - Doing an MBA at retirement following a dismissal, for example. Better then opt for shorter and operational training - Giving an impetus to a career that declines: the MBA is a career accelerator, not a magic wand to take off a stagnant career ... - Earn a lot of money very quickly. The MBA if it is not accompanied by a career plan that holds up, not going to drop the millions in your bank account like magic! - Doing an MBA to take over the estate of a TPE: no need to invest heavily in training for a job that does not require an international diploma. An MBA involves: - A solid professional project - A first experience of a few years, from 5 to 12 years on average - A first professional experience already conclusive - Motivation foolproof - The taste of teamwork |
