Academic Programmes

ICE (I) provides for exam for Technician Member ICE(I) and Associate Member ICE(I) to associate with ICE(I) as non - corporate members.

Following is the eligibility criteria to appear in the examination and certification requirement

Eligibility
In order to be eligible to seek membership to any class, one should possess the following qualification and experience:

General
The two Examinations are open to the applicants working for a minimum period of one year in an organization engaged in promoting Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering profession.

Specific
Technician Membership Examination (Part I & Part II)

Part I

One must have passed Secondary (10th Pass) with Math & Science or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board.

One has attained the age of 16 years on the date of his application.

Part II

One must have passed Part I Examination as above.
or
10 + 2 (Science) Scheme conducted by the recognized board of examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or its equivalent qualification

Associate Membership Examination (Section A & Section B)

Section A
One have attained the age of 18 years on the date of one’s application.

Passed all component of Technician Membership Examination of the ICE (I)
or
One should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering

Section B
Passed Section A Examination as above.
or
Degree holder in engineering other than Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
or
Passed Section A of AMIE (India) after Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering
