Hi I want to know about the IOCL and the CVC combined program as I am a new employee in the company and I have heard about some MOU between them so can you help me??

Well the IOCLand TIIhave generated attached Integrity Pact Program in consultation
with Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) and IOCL is implementing Integrity Pact Programmewith in its Organisation.

Four Independent External Monitors nominated by TII in consultation with the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) shall monitor the activities.

The Integrity Pact would strengthen established systems and procedures by creating trust and would have the full support of the Central Vigilance Commission

Based on the experience gained in implementing this Integrity Pact Program in IOCL and other Organisations, this Program may be further refined to improve its effectiveness.


IOCLis committed to implement the Integrity Pact Program whole-heartedly
both in letter and in spirit.

IndianOil has interested into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Transparency International India (TII) in January 2008, for implementing an Integrity Pact Programme focused on enhancing transparency in its business transactions, contracts and procurement processes.

In this MoU, IndianOil is committed to implementing the Integrity Pact in all its major procurement and work contract activities.
