As you asking for IRDA Investment valuation Guidelines, so on your demand here I am telling about its Guidelines - INV/GLN/003/2003-04 Market Value - Basis For Form-3A / FORM-3B, following shall, without prejudice to Section 27A, 27B of the Insurance Act, 1938 and Insurance Rules, 1939 be the basis for arriving at the "Market Value" of Investment to be furnished in FORM-3A (Investment of Controlled Funds) and FORM-3B (Investment of Total Assets) on a Quarterly Basis.
