Yes, you are eligible for the ISRO entrance exam after BE (ECE) provided you have minimum 60% marks and do not have any pending backlog.

Eligibility for the entrance examination:
The applicant should have completed their B.E/B.Tech with at least 65% (Average of All Semester) from recognized Universities

Age limit:
Age should be between 21-35 years for General category. There is a Relaxation is available for OBC +3 years and for SC/ST +5 years on Upper age

Selection procedure:
The selection will be based on the written exam and interview conducted by the ISRO. Apart from first conducted the written test and after qualified the written test called for interview.
