I want to get admission in the PG course in the Jammu University so I have to apply for the Jammu University Entrance Test – JUET for admission so please tell me when the application form of this exam available? Also provide me the syllabus of this entrance exam?

Jammu University Entrance Test JUET is conducted by the Jammu University for providing admission to the various Under Graduation UG and Post Graduation PG programmes.

JUET Exam Eligibility

For UG Programmes-

Candidates must has passed 10+2 examination from any board.

For PG Programmes-

Candidates must have done graduation from a recognized university.

Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination can also apply.

JUET Exam Pattern

JUET Entrance Exam consists of objective multiple-choice type of question as given below:

JUET consists of two question papers, one for PG and the other for UG courses comprising of 150 objective type questions of one mark each and the duration for the entrance test shall be 2 ½ hours.

The contents of the paper and weight age shall be as follows:

For every wrong answer there shall be negative marking of 0.25 marks.

The candidate securing less than 30% marks for general category and 25% for SC/ST category shall not be eligible for admission.

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay Rs.650/- (for General Category) and Rs.550/- (for candidates from SC/ST/ST (Leh & Kargil)).

The candidate who are desirous to be considered under self financing seats has to submit additional Rs.550/- along with the necessary Entrance Fee

Payment Mode: Candidates can pay application fee through Jammu & Kashmir Bank Challan.
