Admissions in IISc are based on the merit rank in KVPY, JEE (Main and Advanced) and AIPMT.

Students desirous of applying to the Bachelor of Science (Research) Programme must take examinations.

Students need to separately apply for IISc Bangalore counselling.

Among the above shortlisted candidates, those who have secured less than 180 marks in JEE(Main) need to attend interview on July 15th , 2016 at 9AM in the UG Office, IISc. Bangalore.
