Jharkhand TET is also known Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JAC TET) which is eligibility cum common written examination for all those who seeking to get job as a teacher in various primary schools under Jharkhand State

Jharkhand TET 2016 Eligibility:-

Candidate must have minimum 18 years of age.

For I to V – BTC, D.Ed, NTT, 2 year BTC Urdu, graduate degree or minimum bachelor degree of elementary education.

For VI to VIII – Graduate degree with D.Ed having minimum 45% marks or appearing in B.Ed with 50% marks or have a four year special education diploma with 50% marks.

Topics involved in Paper I and Paper II are as follows:

Paper I:-

• Child Development and Pedagogy
• Language-I (Malayalam/ Kannada/ Tamil)
• Language-II (English/ Arabic)
• Mathematics
• Environment Studies

Paper II:-

• Child Development and Pedagogy
• Language-I
• Language-II

(a) Science & Mathematics
(b) Social Studies

Paper Pattern

JAC TET will of 150 Marks. Questions will be Objective Multiple Choice Type and time allotted will be 90 minutes. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers but candidate must acquire minimum 50% marks to get qualified.

Exam date:

Entrance exam of Jharkhand TET will be conduct in the last week of April, 2016-2017. You can apply for the same exam next year.
