It includes rotational job assignments and formal training that enable the participant to develop a strong foundation of business
acumen, technical skills, and knowledge about Johnson & Johnson companies.

Rotations

The program participant will have two rotational assignments with Johnson & Johnson companies in the United States, covering a broad range of financial and accounting disciplines, including:

Sales and marketing finance
Operations finance
R&D finance
Licensing and acquisition analysis

They’re looking for individuals with a strong record of academic and professional performance, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence, motivate, and lead others effectively.

Program participants must be MBA graduates, authorized to work in the United States.
