My cousin wants to do M.Tech. from JNU . She appeared in GATE exam but not scored well . can you give information that is the JNU offers Admission in M.Tech. course to the candidate who not scored well in GATE exam or not having marks equivalent to the CUT off marks .

The School of Computer and Systems Sciences of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) offers M.Tech (Computer Science) Program.

Eligibility Criteria:
Master's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistics or Operational Research or in any branch of Science or Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with at least 55% marks.

GATE Requirement: There is no requirement of GATE Score for admission in M.Tech Course at JNU.

Category-I (through entrance examination)
Admission will be done on the basis of Entrance Exam conducted by JNU.
Selection Mode: Entrance Test and Interview

Category II (NET Qualified candidates)
Candidates who have qualified for Junior Research Fellowship through CSIR/UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) examination are eligible to apply
