Kannur University was founded in 1996 to give development of higher education in Kasaragod, Kannur, and Wayanad districts of Kerala, India.

It was instituted after the passing of Act No. 22 of 1996 of the Kerala Legislative Assembly

As you want to check the result of BA History for this you need to visit at the official site of the Kannur University
