Karnataka State Open University offers M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering through distance education

Eligibility:
Candidate must have passed B.E/B.Tech/AMIE in Mechanical/Production/ Mechanical Sandwich /Industrial Engineering or Equivalent from recognized University

Scheme of Examination:
a. Internal assessment (IA) through assignments with a weightage of 25%

b. Term-end examination having a weightage of 75%

c. Each paper will be of 100 marks

d. Minimum for pass is each course is 40% [In Internal Assessment + Term End Examination]
