Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (Karnataka PGCET 2017) is the state level entrance test conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for following courses admission : First year Full-Time MBA First year Part-Time MBA MCA M.E./M.Tech M.Arch Part-Time M.Tech Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) Second Year MCA programme Application form As you asking I am telling application process for Karnataka PGCET entrance exam will start first week of July, 2017 (tentatively). Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of KEA for filling the application form. Application Fee For OBC and General Candidates – Rs. 650/- For SC/ST Category Candidates – Rs. 500/- Tentative dates Commencement of Online Application Form First week of July 2017 Commencement of Payment of Fees in the specified bank from First week of July 2017 Last date to apply online Last week of July 2017 Last date to pay the fees in specified bank Last week of July 2017 Admission ticket downloading from Month of August 2017 Examination Date First week of August 2017 Result Announcement Third week of August 2017 Counselling starts from First week of September 2017 Exam pattern The question paper will consist of 100 questions (carrying 1 mark each), spread across 4 sections. The candidate will be allotted 1 mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The exam will be held for 2 hours, commencing at 2.30pm and continuing till 4.30pm. Every question will also carry multiple answers – the candidate needs to select only one correct answer from the given options.
