Kaziranga National Park

Helo sir, I want to take a tour of Kaziranga national park. Can any one tell me opening timing of Kaziranga National Park? In which months we can take registration for tour of Kaziranga National Park? Also give me name list of Mammal in Kaziranga national park?

Kaziranga National Park was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment in 1985. This park is located in Golaghat and Nagaon districts of Assam.

Kaziranga National Park is one of the most beautiful parks in the world and is renowned for the sheer numbers and easy sightings of the Great Indian Rhinoceros, having more than 1,800 of them. It also boasts of a highest density of tigers and was established as a Tiger Reserve in 2006.

Opening schedule:


Kaziranga National Park is open for tourist from
01st November till 30th April only

From 01st May to 30th Oct, the reserve remains closed for all kind of tourism related activities.
