KCET 2016 Important Dates Events Dates Application forms were issued on 13 January 2016 Last date to submit the form 21 February 2016 Last date to submit application fee in Bank 23 February 2016 Application form correction window 26 February to 5 March 2016 Application form are again available from 16 to 18 March 2016 Application correction window will again be available from 19 to 22 March 2016 KCET admission ticket will be available from 3rd – 4th week of April 2016 KCET 2016 will be held on 4 and 5 May 2016 Kannada language test is due on 6 May 2016 Verification of documents for agriculturist at the respective practical test centers 12 – 18 May 2016 Provisional answer key will be published on 9 May 2016 Last date to submit the objections 13 May 2016 Practical exam for UG Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary Universities, under ‘Agriculture Quota’ will be held on 20 May 2016 Last date to appear for NATA 20 May 2016 Last dart for submitting NATA score along with a copy of 2nd PU/12th ST Marks card to KEA 24 May 2016 The result of KCET 2016 will be issued on 28 May 2016 The verification of documents for Special/Scheduled/Physically Disable/NCC/Sports Category 1 and 2 June 2016 Verification of documents for Counselling 3 – 20 June 2016 Eligibility Criteria Candidates should be a citizen of India. Engineering Course core subjects in qualifying examination will be Physics, Mathematics and English, along Chemistry / Bio-Technology /Biology / Electronics / Computer Science as optional subjects. Candidate must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying exam. Exam Pattern: There will be three papers of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology, under KCET 2016. Each paper will carry 60 questions. All the questions will be Multiple Choice Type. |
