KEAM Medical Exam Pattern:

Two papers .

Both the exams,:

Paper 1 and Paper 2 will consist of 120 questions each.

Duration :
2 hours and 30 minutes

Each Paper of Physics, Chemistry and Biology will have 120 multiple choice questions

The standard of the examination will be that of Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent exam.


Each correct answer will fetch candidates 4 marks

For each incorrect response 1 mark will be deducted


More than one answer indicated against a question will be considered as incorrect response.

Total marks :
480 total marks


Candidates belonging to general category needs to obtain a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Whereas candidates belonging to SEBC/SC/ST categories needs to secure a total of 40% marks taken together in both the papers .
