Re: KMAT Admission Procedure

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test KMAT is an all India level entrance examination conducted by the Karnataka Private Postgraduate College Association for admission into various professional courses such as MBA, MCA, PGDM across the Karnataka state.

Eligibility Criteria

For MCA Program


Candidates should be graduated with 50% marks and have studied Mathematics at 10+2 stage.

For MBA Program

Candidates should be graduated with 50% marks from a recognized university.

KMAT Exam Pattern:

The entrance exam is an objective type test with a duration of 120 minutes.

The Exam Pattern of KMAT 2016 for MBA is as follows,

Test Questions Total Marks
Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension 40 160
Quantitative Ability 40 160
Logical Reasoning 20 80
General Awareness 20 80
Total 120 480

Important dates-

KMAT online application process will begin from
5th April, 2016
Last date to submit the online application 10th May, 2016
Admit card/hall ticket will be issued from 20th May, 2016
Exam date 29th May, 2016
Result gets declared 10th June, 2016

Application Fee

For one course: Rs. 700/-

For two courses: Rs. 800/-

The application fee should be paid in favour of KMAT and should be payable at Bangalore.
