Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), Thrissur, Kerala provides four years full time BSc, an undergraduate degree course in Optometry

This is a four-year undergraduate programme in Allied Health Science which spans over eight semesters, 3 years of the theoretical and one year of practical studies in different branches of Optometry and its related subjects.

BSc (Optometry) programme is open for the students who have senior secondary examination certificate with 50% marks.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum admission requirement is pre-degree examination of the Kerala University or any other examination equivalent thereto, recognized by the Kerala University with 50% marks in Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
