Do you have contact number of present Vice Chancellor of Kurukshetra University? I want contact number because I want to contact him for admission in B.Tech Lateral Program. I don’t want to appear in Entrance Test of Kurukshetra University and don’t want to give donation for admission. So is there another process for admission?
