The Minimally Invasive Surgery Training Centre provides courses in Operative Laparoscopy, Laparoscopic Suturing Skills, Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery and Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery.

Eligibility Criteria-

Training Course in Operative Laparoscopy

Students who are doing MS in General Surgery or who have completed their MS General Surgery with little or no exposure to laparoscopic surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Paediatric Surgery / Surgical Oncology/ GI surgery residents who wish to acquire basic laparoscopic skills.

Training Course in Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery

Participants should provide a summary from their recent CV including the current surgical activity.
Candidates should be well versed in basic laparoscopic procedures and are ready for commencing advanced procedures with appropriate supervision/mentorship.
Training Course in Laparoscopic Suturing Skills

Candidates should be well versed in basic laparoscopic procedures and are ready for commencing advanced procedures with appropriate supervision/mentorship Gynecologist, Urologist, Pediatric Surgeons/ Surgical Oncologist/ GI surgeons who want to learn laparoscopic suturing.
