Law Schools LLM Taxation
Can you please help me in getting the details of the LLM taxation courses at the Jindal Global Law School? The Center for Post Graduate Legal Studies (CPGLS) at the Jindal Global Law School is established to provide students the master’s coursers of the law with the help of the dedicated faculty of the institute. The Center for Post Graduate Legal Studies at Jindal Global Law School offers the following courses -Corporate and Financial Law -International Trade and Investment Law -Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Law -Taxation Laws (For Working Professionals) -PhD Programme Admission eligibility to the taxation course- Applicants to the Professional LLM programme in Taxation at JGLS must have a Bachelor's degree in Law from any university in India or abroad that is duly recognised under the law and by the regulatory authorities of the country related to the law courses. Candidates are also are expected to have work experience of two years to get the admission to the taxation courses. Entrance examination – JGLS will follow a rolling entrance examination system. Admission will be based on: A national level demonstrable online written examination (70% weightage). Statement of purpose, curriculum vitae and a telephonic interview (30% weightage).
