LDS Business College is a two-year college in Salt Lake City, Utah, focused on training students in business and industry.

The college is owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and operates under its Church Educational System

The objective of the Business degree at LDS Business College is to meet your needs, whether you want to work in a small business or a large corporation, or start your own entrepreneurial venture.

The degree is designed to be foundational and flexible.

After the second semester, you may choose from either of the following emphases: -

-Entrepreneurship,

-Management,

-Project Management,

-Professional Sales,

-or Global Supply Chain & Operations



Instruction in the Management Emphasis includes the following:

-Human resources supervision

-Leadership and strategy

-Project management

-Sales and marketing

-Professional business writing and oral presentations

-Skills and practice in budgeting, forecasting, working capital requirements, investment analysis and decision making

-Financial accounting and transaction analysis and recording

-Information systems for business

-Understanding of the global economy


Graduation Requirements

1. Minimum of 62 total semester credit hours as outlined

2. Grade of C or higher in all core courses

3. Cumulative grade-point average of 2.0 or higher

4. Complete two cornerstone religion courses, plus 4 additional credits of Religion
