As per my knowledge LLB is better option for you with company secretary instead of MBA. It opens more gates in your career.

LLB better than MBA

Both the courses can go with Company Secretary but LLB is more suitable.

Company secretary covers subjects related to accounting, management and law

The course is focused on the legal aspect of any company or organization.

So if the candidate is well verse with law he /she can perform very well in the corporate sector or even in govt sector.

So, LLB is better than MBA with Company Secretary Course.

You can also go for MBA even after completing your LLB.

But you should maintain that you are doing MBA from good B-SCHOOL.
