Re: LLM TOEFL Minimum Score

As you want to do LLM from Harvard Law School and asking for TOEFL Minimum Score requirement, so on your demand I am telling For the internet-based test (iBT), they require a total score of at least 100, with at least 25 in each of the four subsections. For the paper-based test (PBT), Harvard Law School require a score of at least 600, with at least 60 in each of the three subsections and at least 5.0 on the Test of Written English (TWE).

Other requirement
You must have either a J.D. from an ABA-approved U.S. law school or a first law degree (e.g. LL.B., abogado, maîtrise, or the equivalent) from a foreign law school.

If you are in your final year of law studies, you must complete the degree no later than June of the year in which you intend to enroll.
