Lovely Professional University (LPU) is a university semi-residential university in North India and was founded in the year 2005.

LPU NEST 2016 also known as Lovely professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test is a popular entrance exam hosted by the Lovely professional University (LPU) for Admission of eligible candidates to its various engineering degree programs.

LPU NEST 2016 is one of the largest private engineering and scholarship entrance exam organized in India.

Eligibility:

You must have qualified 12th from a recognized board of school education. Candidates pursuing in 12th can also apply for the exam.
Candidates who are seeking admissions in B.Tech programme must have scored minimum of 70% in 12th or correspondent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English Or the you must have scored 60% combined marks with Physics, Mathematics and English and applicable score in LPU NEST 2016/JEE Main 2016 exam.

Examination Pattern:

The examination will be conducted through online mode.
The questions appearing on the screen will be in English.
All questions will be of the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ type).
Each question carries four marks.
There will be no negative marking for wrong answers or unanswered questions.
