I want to apply for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) exam so can you tell me the eligibility criteria to apply?

Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is a common entrance exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada for admission to Undergraduate Engineering, Agriculture and Medical admission in the government and private colleges located in Andahra Pradesh and Telangana. EAMCET exam was conducted on 29th April 2016 AP EAMCET Eligibility Criteria: Intermediate Exam or equivalent with Mathematics and Physics as main subjects along with Bio-Technology or Chemistry or Biology as the optional subjects Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 45% in 10+2 (40% for the reserved category) Candidates should have completed 16 years of age There is no upper age limit. Candidates are required to be of Indian Nationality or Persons of India Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders, provided they meet the specified criteria. AP EAMCET Registration Fees: Rs.350 Registration Fees can be paid via: AP Online / Credit Card / Debit Card AP EAMCET Exam Pattern: The Exam based on three subjects - Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. In AP EAMCET, there were a total of 160 questions, from which 80 were of Mathematics, 40 of Chemistry and the last 40 were of Physics. All these questions were objective type. Each question was of one mark. |
