Indian Institute of Technology IIT Guwahati invites online Application Form for admission in M.Tech program from the second week of March 2017.

IIT Guwahati M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have minimum CGPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks or first class in the qualifying degree (relaxation of 5% marks or 0.5 CPI for SC/ST/PD candidates)

B.Tech degree holders from an IIT with a minimum CPI of 7.0 need not appear for GATE.

IIT Guwahati M.Tech Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their GATE scores.

They may further have to appear for a written test and a personal interview.

Application Fee -

Application fee: Rs.150 (Rs.75 for SC/ST/PD)

Paid via: DD from any nationalized bank in favour of Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, payable at Guwahati

Candidates shall submit this DD during the interview.
